Bimba y Lola reports 6% increase in first-half sales
Bimba y Lola reported a 6% increase in turnover for the first half of the year, driven primarily by strong comparable sales growth. The company, led by Uxía and María Domínguez, saw improvements across both its Spanish and international markets.
International business now accounts for 47% of total revenue. The brand's global footprint includes 321 establishments across 34 countries in Europe, America, and Asia. While conventional store sales rose by 5%, digital platforms continue to expand, now representing 20% of the business following an 8% increase in activity.
The company also highlighted the successful launch of its 'Cala Bimba' capsule collection, which utilized pop-up stores in Spanish tourist destinations such as Sanxenxo, Menorca, and Tarifa to showcase summer apparel and accessories.
