Binalong historic 1908 bluestone residence hits the market

A historic 1908 Federation Queen Anne bluestone residence located at 25 Manning Street, Binalong, has been put on the market following a sympathetic restoration. Originally constructed by Irish stonemasons using local quarry stone, the property was once part of Binalong’s historic Catholic precinct.

The home features period craftsmanship including pressed-metal ceilings, ornate cornices, character fireplaces, and original timber floors. The restoration includes a reimagined French country kitchen and the reopening of sections of the original wrap-around verandah to improve light and air circulation. The property sits on nearly 5,000 sqm of land with views over neighboring farmland.
