Binance to delist ICON, Secret, and Storj altcoins

Binance has announced the complete delisting of three altcoins: ICON (ICX), Secret (SCRT), and Storj (STORJ). The removal of all spot trading pairs for these assets is scheduled for September 3, 2026, at 03:00 UTC.

The announcement triggered immediate market volatility, with the prices of the three tokens dropping to historic lows shortly after the news was released. Secret (SCRT) saw a decline of approximately 18.8% within 24 hours, while ICON (ICX) fell by 12.5%.

The delisting process involves several stages and affects multiple services. Futures contracts for these assets are set to be closed and settled on August 26, 2026. Various other services, including Margin Trading, Spot Copy Trading, and Binance Pay, will phase out support for these tokens throughout late August and early September.

Users holding these assets are advised to withdraw them to private wallets or sell them before the deadlines. Following the delisting, deposits will be suspended on September 4, and withdrawals will remain available until November 3, 2026. After this period, Binance may automatically convert remaining balances into stablecoins, though this process is not guaranteed.
