Binho Ribeiro delivers intimate Gira Som session of VIBRA tracks

Brazilian singer‑songwriter Binho Ribeiro appeared as the guest of the Gira Som music project, performing stripped‑down versions of four songs from his May‑released album VIBRA. The session, recorded at studio Girassol, featured the tracks “Girassol”, “Lá”, “Djavan Fez Nós” and “Maré” with new arrangements, bassist Rafael Ulisses and production by Louzada.

VIBRA blends reggae, samba‑rock, MPB, jazz, bossa nova and pop, and includes contributions from international musicians such as drummer/producer Brian Frasier Moore, bassist Carlitos del Puerto and Grammy‑Latin nominee Gabriel Fernandes. Ribeiro is also preparing for a headline show at São Paulo’s Blue Note on 1 September, with guests Kiko Zambianchi, Marcelo Mira and Serginho Moah.
