Binoovo acquires Dositec to expand packaging machinery capabilities

Binoovo, an industrial group based in Valencia, has acquired Dositec, a company specializing in the design and manufacture of machinery for liquid product packaging. Dositec is based in Rafelbunyol and has over 25 years of experience in the sector.

The acquisition integrates Dositec’s mechanical design and manufacturing capabilities—including filling, capping, labeling, and palletizing—with Binoovo’s existing expertise in electrical engineering, automation, and industrial software. This integration aims to provide comprehensive solutions ranging from engineering to maintenance.

Following the merger, the combined group expects an annual turnover of approximately 20 million euros and a workforce of around 140 professionals. Binoovo, which has grown significantly since its founding in 2019, has set a strategic goal to reach 30 million euros in revenue and over 200 employees by 2029.
