Bintan Regency accelerates spatial planning to boost investment

The Bintan Regency Government is accelerating the preparation of the Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) for the Tembeling and Tanjunguban areas. Bintan Regent Roby Kurniawan signed a commitment to this acceleration during a coordination meeting held by the Directorate General of Spatial Planning of the Ministry of ATR/BPN in Jakarta.

The RDTR serves as an instrument for controlling and supervising spatial utilization, providing legal certainty for land use, and acting as a foundation for development policies. According to Roby Kurniawan, the implementation of these spatial plans is a key factor in opening larger investment opportunities within the Bintan region.
