Bio-Gate AG and CENIT AG complete capital increases

Bio-Gate AG has completed a capital increase through both authorized capital and a rights offering. The company placed 415,000 new shares at 2.80 euros per share, generating total gross proceeds of 1,162,000 euros. This measure increases the company’s share capital from 2,038,738 euros to 2,453,738 euros. The proceeds are intended for short-term investments and to strengthen equity.

Separately, CENIT AG successfully executed a rights issue announced in July 2026. Existing shareholders subscribed to 61.5% of the new shares, while the remaining shares were fully taken up by the main shareholder, PRIMEPULSE SE. The capital increase raised approximately 10.9 million euros, which will be used to support the company’s digital transformation and IT solution services.
