Biodermogenesi presents burn scar treatment results at Simcri 2026

Maurizio Busoni, founder of Biodermogenesi, presented the results and future prospects of the company’s clinical experience in treating thermal and chemical burn scars at the Simcri 2026 conference in Milan.

The methodology has shown promising results over the last five years, with clinical experiences documented in international scientific journals. The research has addressed various patient groups, including children from Syrian refugee populations and survivors of gender-based violence, focusing on tissue recovery and quality of life improvement.

The development of these therapeutic protocols was significantly influenced by work conducted in Turkey approximately ten years ago, involving the treatment of children with severe second and third-degree burns. Additionally, Biodermogenesi has established an official partnership with the Italian State Police.
