BIOGENA Good Vibes AG begins trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange

BIOGENA Good Vibes AG, the top holding company of the Salzburg-based BIOGENA GROUP, has commenced continuous trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange’s direct market plus. Founder and CEO Albert Schmidbauer marked the listing by ringing the exchange bell.

The company, which specializes in premium micronutrient preparations, functional health products, and longevity concepts, intends to use the capital market access to drive international growth. While a portion of the group, Biogena Group Invest AG, has been listed since 2020, this new listing shifts the capital market focus to the entire holding company. A merger between the existing listed entity and the new BIOGENA Good Vibes AG is currently being evaluated.

Baader Bank is serving as the market maker for the stock (ISIN: AT0000A3VAD4), while Bankhaus Martin accompanied the share issuance. The direct market plus is a regulated growth segment of the Vienna MTF designed for small and medium-sized enterprises seeking cost-efficient access to capital markets.
