Biogena Group Invest signs merger agreement with parent company

Biogena Group Invest AG has signed a merger agreement with its parent company, Biogena Good Vibes AG. This move is part of a broader restructuring process intended to fully integrate the listed subsidiary into the parent company.

Shareholders are expected to vote on the merger during extraordinary general meetings scheduled for late September 2026. In tandem with this integration, Biogena Good Vibes AG aims to begin trading on the ‘direct market plus’ segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange within the month of September.

This follows a recent capital measure where Biogena Good Vibes AG attracted nearly 2,500 new shareholders, targeting gross proceeds of up to 25 million euros with shares issued at 4.803 euros each.
