Biologi-ca Expo rescheduled for October 2026 in Cosenza

The Biologi-ca Expo, a national scientific fair dedicated to life sciences, has been rescheduled for October 2 and 3, 2026, at the Museo Multimediale Città di Cosenza in Italy. The event is organized by the Fondazione Italiana Biologi (FIB), the Federazione Nazionale degli Ordini dei Biologi (FNOB), and the Ordine dei Biologi della Calabria (OBC).

The decision to move the event from June to October was made to avoid overlap with major international symposia in the first half of the year and to allow for the accreditation of Continuing Medical Education (ECM) credits. This forum serves as an “Edition Zero” for the project, acting as a precursor to the international Biologi-ca Expo 2027.

Participants can earn 10 ECM credits. The program will cover various research and professional fields, including clinical innovation, artificial intelligence, reproductive biology, marine ecology, and the One Health paradigm. Vincenzo D’Anna, president of the FNOB, stated that the forum represents a transition from project guidelines to operational activities, aiming to demonstrate the scientific influence of the profession.
