Bipa and Penny to open new stores in Bucharest's Jumbo Center

Bipa and Penny are set to open two new stores at the Jumbo Center in Bucharest during the second half of 2026. The combined retail space for the new units will be approximately 1,870 square meters.

Bipa will occupy roughly 490 square meters, focusing on personal care, beauty, and household products. Penny will open a 1,380 square meter store to strengthen the shopping center's food retail and proximity shopping components.

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox acted as the exclusive agent responsible for the leasing strategy. The Jumbo Center, which has a total leasable area of 25,700 square meters, currently features Jumbo as its primary anchor tenant.
