Birdbuddy launches Nook smart bird feeder starting at $99

Birdbuddy has released the Nook, a new smart bird feeder designed for accessibility and small outdoor spaces. The standard Nook model is priced at $99 and features a 2K HDR camera with a 135-degree field of view, AI-based bird species recognition, and a 3.8-cup seed capacity. A solar-powered version of the Nook is also available for $159.

In addition to the Nook, the company introduced the Birdbuddy Home model, priced at $219. The Home model includes a larger 6-cup seed container and integrated solar panels on the roof.

As part of this lineup update, Birdbuddy has discontinued the sale of the Birdbuddy Pro on its official website, though remaining stock may be available through Amazon until late 2026. Shipping for the new Nook models is expected to begin in November.
