Birdcall opens first franchise location in Starkville, Mississippi

Birdcall, a Colorado-based craft chicken brand, has opened its first franchise-owned restaurant in Starkville, Mississippi. The 3,500-square-foot location is situated next to the historic State Theatre.

The franchise is owned and operated by brothers Mark and Greg Hayden. This opening marks a significant milestone in the company’s national expansion strategy. Following this launch, the brand plans further franchise growth in Colorado, Idaho, and Indiana.

The Starkville restaurant features a high-energy design with self-serve ordering kiosks and a menu including chicken sandwiches, sliders, tenders, and salads, alongside a selection of draft beers and margaritas.
