Birdworld introduces new interactive show for October half-term

Birdworld, located near Farnham, is introducing a new interactive family show titled ‘Autumn Science Seekers’ as part of its October half-term programme. The show features a new blue puppet character, Bertie Beak, performing alongside live presenter Professor Featherstone. The 25-minute production combines science, nature, and comedy, with performances scheduled five times daily at Professor Featherstone’s Theatre.

The show is part of the ‘Awesome Autumn’ event, which runs from October 24 to November 1. In addition to the new performance, the attraction offers various workshops, hands-on activities, and access to facilities such as the Play Barn, Treetop Adventures, and the Dinosaur Discovery Trail.

On October 28, the Birdworld Conservation Education Team will host a free evening event called ‘Brilliant Bugs and Super (not scary) Animals’. This event aims to raise money for the Birdworld Conservation Fund while educating visitors about autumn wildlife, including spiders, bats, ants, and crabs.
