Birkenstock raises full-year guidance following strong Q3 revenue growth

Birkenstock Holding plc reported strong results for its fiscal third quarter ending June 30, with revenue reaching €720 million. This represents a 13% increase on a reported basis and a 15% increase in constant currency. The company saw double-digit revenue growth across all major regions, including 14% in the Americas, 15% in EMEA, and 23% in APAC when measured in constant currency.

Direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales showed significant momentum, growing 16% in constant currency. This growth was supported by the expansion of the company’s owned retail footprint, which grew to 124 stores during the quarter. Business-to-business (B2B) revenue also increased by 15% in constant currency.

Due to this performance, Birkenstock raised its full-year guidance for constant-currency revenue growth to the top end of its previous range, at 15%. The company also expects adjusted EBITDA of at least €710 million for the full year. Despite revenue gains, net profit fell 15% year-over-year to €110 million, and gross profit margins saw a slight decline due to factors including unfavorable currency translation and incremental U.S. tariffs.
