Birmingham Trevallion family petitions court for child reunification

The Birmingham Trevallion family has filed a formal request with the Juvenile Court of L'Aquila to expedite the reunification of their three children, aged eight and nine. The children were removed from their home and placed in foster care 262 days ago, on November 20, 2023.

Represented by lawyer Simone Pillon, the family argues that continued placement in foster care due to technical procedural delays is
