Birra Peroni launches PeroniNovembHer gender equality initiative

Birra Peroni has announced the third annual return of “PeroniNovembHer,” a month-long series of activities dedicated to gender equality. This year’s initiative focuses on the concept of alliance as a tool for achieving parity.

The program begins on November 4 with the third edition of the powERTalk, organized by the company’s employee resource group, BEpowER. The event will feature a video-podcast titled “Dalla Stessa Parte (?)” led by educator and author Irene Facheris, focusing on overcoming stereotypes and building inclusive cultures.

On November 9, the BeHer Talk will take place at the Peroni headquarters in Rome. This session will bring together representatives from the corporate, research, and non-profit sectors to discuss promoting an equitable work culture. The BeHer Scientific Committee, including experts from Ipsos Doxa, Fondazione Libellula, and Valore D, will present findings from the BeHer 2026 Observatory to discuss perspectives for accelerating change in the labor market.
