Bisacquino hosts 8th Monsignor Giuseppe Petralia literary prize

The eighth edition of the ‘Monsignor Giuseppe Petralia, Bishop and Poet’ literary prize was held at the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Balzo in Bisacquino. Organized by the municipality of Bisacquino in collaboration with several cultural and religious institutions, the event featured a conference on ‘Christian Humanism’.

Among the recipients was lawyer Giovanni Puntarello, who was recognized for his expertise in administrative law and his commitment to legality and the proper functioning of public administration. Benedetto Alotta received the International Prize, while other special awards were granted to figures such as Domenica Brancato and Don Lillo D’Ugo. The ceremony also honored local students who achieved top marks in their studies.
