Bishop Michele delivers mandate to 400 catechists in Treviso
In the Diocese of Treviso, Bishop Michele presided over the traditional mandate for more than 400 catechists. The ceremony, held at the cathedral on October 3, focused on the theme ‘Man, a dignity sculpted by the Spirit,’ inspired by the first chapter of Genesis.
The event featured musical performances by Tosca Storer and was set against the backdrop of sculptures by artist Roberto Merotto. During his address, Bishop Michele emphasized the biblical concept of human dignity, describing it as an ‘infinite dignity’ rooted in divine care and attention, which serves as a foundation for the educational vocation of catechists.
