Bistro Sablé to open second location in Shoreditch this October

Noble Inns will launch its second Bistro Sablé location in Shoreditch this October. The restaurant will occupy the first floor of The Princess of Shoreditch for a limited-time residency running from October 1 through the end of the year.

The 32-seat French bistro will feature a menu of traditional Parisian classics, including Rotisserie Chicken, Vin Jaune & Girolles, and Cassoulet au Confit de Canard. The upstairs dining room will be decorated with Parisian-style lighting and flea market posters. Meanwhile, the pub downstairs will serve a simplified blackboard menu inspired by Bistro Sablé for more casual dining.
