Bitcoin analysts forecast long-term growth and price targets
Financial analysts have provided varying outlooks for Bitcoin’s price trajectory and long-term role in the global economy. Mark Yusko, founder of Morgan Creek Capital Management, suggested that Bitcoin could see an eight-to-tenfold increase in value over the next five to ten years. Yusko posits that Bitcoin could eventually compete with gold as a store of monetary value, targeting a market capitalization of $15 trillion.
Yusko also noted that Bitcoin appears to be entering a new accumulation phase following a double bottom near $60,000. He suggested that central banks might eventually consider Bitcoin as a reserve asset alongside gold, which could drive further institutional adoption.
In the shorter term, Matt Mena, a senior crypto research strategist at 21shares, identified $85,000 as a key resistance level. Mena indicated that Bitcoin could move toward $90,000 once macroeconomic uncertainty eases, though he also noted the possibility of a pullback toward $81,000. His analysis remains tied to broader economic indicators, including inflation data and upcoming Federal Reserve policy meetings.
