Bitcoin sentiment reaches two-year high amid shifting market indicators
Bitcoin market sentiment has reached its highest level since March 2024, with CryptoQuant’s Unified Sentiment Index climbing above 89, signaling a period of extreme greed. While the index has begun to cool from these euphoric levels, analysts note that such extreme readings often indicate potential market pivot points.
On-chain and demand indicators have entered bullish territory following a recent rally. CryptoQuant’s Bull Score Index recently surged from 30 to 80, its highest level since October 2025. Despite this sentiment, spot momentum for Bitcoin fell by 30% over the past week, even as spot volume increased by nearly 10% in a 24-hour period.
Macroeconomic factors are also influencing the market. Recent data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics showed inflation rose 0.4% month-over-month, with the Consumer Price Index up 3.4% year-over-year. Amidst these shifts, interest in Bitcoin cloud mining continues to grow as an accessible alternative to traditional hardware-intensive mining operations.
