Bitcoin shows two key bullish technical signals

Bitcoin is currently exhibiting two significant bullish technical signals, according to analyst Aksel Kibar. The first signal occurred when the price surpassed $67,200, completing an inverse head-and-shoulders pattern, which is typically viewed as a bullish reversal structure.

The second signal emerged as Bitcoin broke above the upper edge of a long-term rectangular consolidation range, suggesting a completed bottoming structure. As of October 20, 2026, Bitcoin was trading at approximately $81,964 with a 24-hour trading volume of $24.6 billion.

Despite these positive indicators, the market is currently retesting a breakout zone. Kibar noted that the $82,800 level is a critical area to watch. He emphasized that the recent price adjustment does not necessarily break the upward trend, provided that key technical support levels hold. Specifically, the right shoulder bottom of the inverse head-and-shoulders pattern remains a vital level; if the price falls below this point, the bullish reversal structure could be invalidated.
