Bitget and UNICEF launch blockchain financial literacy course
Bitget and UNICEF have partnered to launch a blockchain-focused financial literacy course designed to help young learners navigate digital finance and blockchain technology. The initiative combines traditional financial education with modern digital asset concepts to make emerging technologies more accessible to disadvantaged children.
The curriculum includes an ‘Introduction to Financial Literacy’ module that covers fundamental topics such as budgeting, credit, interest rates, loans, and basic blockchain principles. To enhance engagement, the program utilizes visual materials, quizzes, and game-based learning through an online game called ‘Neon Paycheck’. In this game, participants make financial decisions regarding income, spending, and scam avoidance within a futuristic setting.
Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate of formal recognition. The collaboration aims to build practical knowledge and confidence as digital financial services and blockchain-based systems become increasingly integrated into global markets.
