BitGo appoints Alex Rozman as Chief Compliance Officer

BitGo has appointed Alex Rozman as Chief Compliance Officer, effective September 21, 2026. Rozman, a compliance veteran with over 25 years of experience, will oversee the company’s global compliance, legal, risk, anti-money laundering (AML), and sanctions programs.

Rozman joins BitGo from Exodus Movement, where he served as Chief Compliance Officer. His previous experience includes leadership roles at Polygon Technology and CLS Bank International. In his new role, he will manage engagement with regulators and banking authorities across BitGo’s various legal entities, which include services for custody, trading, financing, and institutional settlement.

The appointment follows BitGo’s recent expansion and regulatory milestones, including its listing on the NYSE and securing an OCC national bank charter in December 2025. BitGo currently manages significant digital asset volumes and holds various international licenses, including a BaFin MiCAR license in Germany and a Major Payment Institution License from Singapore’s Monetary Authority.
