Bitmine Immersion Nears 5% Ethereum Supply as $11.5 B Treasury Grows

Bitmine Immersion Technologies reported that its Ethereum treasury now holds 5,777,468 ETH, representing about 4.8% of the estimated 120.7 million ETH supply and placing the company 96% of the way toward its 5% target. The total crypto‑related assets, including the ETH holdings, 207 Bitcoin, $385 million in cash and marketable securities, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries and a $58 million investment in Eightco Holdings, amount to $11.5 billion.

The firm has staked roughly 4.92 million ETH – about 85% of its ETH balance – valued at $9.2 billion, and projects annual staking revenue of $247 million, potentially rising to $290 million if the full balance is staked through its MAVAN program. At the same time, Bitmine repurchased 5.5 million common shares at an average price of $15.62 as part of its ongoing $4 billion share‑buyback program and added another 7,430 ETH during the latest week.
