Bitmine Immersion Technologies reports $15.8 billion in total assets

Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BMNR) has announced that its total holdings, including cryptocurrency, cash, and securities, reached $15.8 billion as of September 13, 2026. The company now holds 5,956,378 ETH, representing approximately 4.9 percent of the total Ethereum supply, making it the largest Ethereum reserve holder globally.

In addition to its Ethereum holdings, the company possesses 212 Bitcoin, $549 million in cash and securities, and significant equity stakes in Beast Industries and Eightco Holdings. Bitmine has also engaged in Ethereum staking through the Made in America Validator Network (MAVAN), with projected annual staking rewards of $392 million.

On the stock market, BMNR shares experienced a gap up, opening at $24.83 after a previous close of $23.89. While some analysts, such as Cantor Fitzgerald, have raised price targets to $63.60 with an ‘overweight’ rating, others like Wall Street Zen have issued ‘strong sell’ ratings. The company currently maintains a market capitalization of $15.45 billion.
