Bitmine expands Ethereum holdings to 6.05 million ETH
Bitmine Immersion Technologies has increased its Ethereum holdings to 6,051,933 ETH following the purchase of an additional 10,452 ETH over the past week. This accumulation brings the company’s total stake to approximately 4.95% of the total Ethereum circulating supply, placing it within reach of its stated 5% target.
In addition to its cryptocurrency strategy, the company executed a significant share buyback program, repurchasing 2.04 million shares in the last week at an average price of $22.48. Total share repurchases for 2026 have reached approximately $399.6 million, involving 22.9 million shares.
Bitmine reported that its total assets—comprising cryptocurrency, cash, marketable securities, and other investments—are valued at approximately $15 billion. The company has also utilized a significant portion of its holdings for staking, with approximately 5.23 million ETH currently staked through its MAVAN platform and other partners to generate annualized revenue.
