Bitzero Holdings Inc. partners with Vertiv amid significant quarterly losses

Bitzero Holdings Inc., a provider of sustainable high-performance computing (HPC) and AI data center infrastructure, has announced a partnership with Vertiv, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure. The collaboration aims to strengthen Bitzero’s technical and supply chain ecosystem by integrating Vertiv’s expertise in critical power supply, thermal management, and liquid cooling technologies. This partnership is intended to support the design and implementation of next-generation AI and hyperscale data centers.

Separately, Bitzero Holdings Inc. reported significant financial challenges in its unaudited third-quarter interim results ending June 30, 2026. While revenue from digital asset mining rose to $10.66 million from $6.43 million in the previous year, the company reported a massive net loss of $26.46 million, compared to a loss of $7.71 million in the prior-year period.

The company faces a working capital deficit of $24.0 million and total debt of $44.7 million, with liquid assets consisting of $2.9 million in cash and $2.5 million in cryptocurrency. Management has issued a warning regarding the company’s ability to continue as a going concern. To address these issues, Bitzero recently repaid a $22.38 million secured loan and completed a private placement to strengthen its capital base.
