The Basque and Navarre Pintxos Championship is being held at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre from November 17 to 19. The event features 60 chefs competing for the title through qualifying sessions, a semifinal of 15 contestants, and a final consisting of the top eight chefs.

Bizkaia, the host territory, is seeking its second title in the history of the competition. Currently, Gipuzkoa leads the historical rankings with eight titles, followed closely by Navarra with seven. Bizkaia and Iparralde currently hold one title each.
