Bjerringbro Library to host literary lectures by Katrine Engberg and Niels Brunse

Bjerringbro Library in Denmark will host two upcoming literary events at Gudenåhuset.

On September 9, bestselling crime author Katrine Engberg will present her new novel, ‘Tandfeen’. The lecture, titled ‘Spænding, hemmeligheder og nye spor’, will explore her creative process, how real-world themes influence her writing, and the development of her characters. The event includes an opportunity for book signings.

On September 8, as part of ‘Folkeuniversiteternes Dag’, expert Niels Brunse will deliver a lecture on William Shakespeare. Brunse, a translator and author, will discuss his work translating all 37 of Shakespeare’s plays and the enduring impact of the playwright on literary history.
