BJP details PM Modi’s ‘Saptadhara’ roadmap for Viksit Bharat

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has detailed the ‘Saptadhara’ roadmap, a seven-pronged development vision introduced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his Independence Day address. The initiative aims to achieve ‘Viksit Bharat’, a goal the party compares to the aspirations of the ‘Great American Dream’.

BJP national spokesperson and MP Sambit Patra outlined the roadmap during a press conference in New Delhi, noting that the party intends to propagate the finer details of these seven streams to the public. One primary pillar is manufacturing power, which focuses on strengthening domestic value chains, precision manufacturing, and producing highly competitive, zero-defect goods within India. Other mentioned streams include farming, technology, and Gati Shakti.
