BJP launches ‘Save Democracy, Remove Mobocracy’ campaign

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has launched a nationwide campaign titled ‘Save Democracy, Remove Mobocracy’ (Loktantra Bachao, Bhidtantra Hatao), which is scheduled to run until November 5. The initiative aims to counter political narratives from opposition parties regarding Special Intensive Revision (SIR) processes and demands for the removal of the Chief Election Commissioner.

The campaign focuses heavily on engaging Gen-Z, students, youth, and social media influencers to communicate the party's stance. Planned activities across various states include foot marches (padyatras), intellectual dialogues, press conferences, and student competitions. In the Betul district of Madhya Pradesh, a specific district-level team has been organized to execute the action plan, which includes outreach to influencers and specialized communication strategies.
