BJP leaders criticize political opponents and procurement failures in India

In Uttar Pradesh, BJP State President and Union Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary criticized attempts to create chaos at Delhi's Jantar Mantar, labeling them conspiracies to weaken the nation. Chaudhary also targeted Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav, claiming Yadav seeks to defame the youth and farmers of Uttar Pradesh. Regarding political challenges, Chaudhary noted that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has accepted Akhilesh Yadav's challenge to contest elections from Ayodhya.

In Punjab, BJP State President Kejri Singh Dhillon criticized the Aam Aadmi Party government over deficiencies in the paddy procurement system. Following recent rains, Dhillon reported that crops in various mandis, particularly in Fazilka, are submerged due to inadequate drainage and a lack of protective measures like tarpaulins. He urged Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to focus on resolving farmers' grievances and improving infrastructure in grain markets to prevent further crop loss.
