BJP leaders lead march in Delhi against Congress rally

Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, and Delhi BJP President Harsh Malhotra led a march in Hari Nagar, Delhi, to protest a Congress rally held at Ramlila Maidan.

BJP leaders stated the march was intended to express the anger of the Sikh community and victims of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. They argued that holding a political rally on November 1, the anniversary of the riots, was insensitive to the community's mourning.

Chief Minister Rekha Gupta criticized Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party, alleging they use the name of democracy to spread anarchy and political frustration. Harsh Malhotra added that the public has rejected the campaigns led by the Congress and various opposition alliances.
