BJP MLA Sarbari Mukherjee criticizes Trinamool Congress leadership

BJP MLA Sarbari Mukherjee has criticized the Trinamool Congress (TMC), alleging that the party is not a policy-based organization but rather a ‘limited company’ operated by family interests. Her comments follow the registration of FIRs against TMC leaders, including Abhishek Banerjee, Derek O'Brien, and Sougat Roy.

Mukherjee also addressed recent tensions at Jadavpur University, noting that citizens are increasingly raising their voices regarding nationalist slogans and local conditions. Additionally, she commented on statements made by Suvendu Adhikari regarding controversial newspaper headlines, noting his demand for apologies to avoid a ‘bitter response.’
