Björn Frantzén to lead new TV4 cooking competition ‘100 Knivar’

TV4 is launching a major new culinary competition titled ‘100 Knivar’, led by Michelin-starred chef Björn Frantzén, who will also serve as the head judge. The program features 100 contestants with diverse professional backgrounds, including restaurant owners, head chefs, sous chefs, food truck owners, and food creators from across Sweden.

The competition aims to test participants' ability to perform under extreme pressure and work effectively within a team, mimicking an intense restaurant kitchen environment. The winner of the competition will receive a prize of one million kronor. The show is a collaborative development between TV4 and Mastiff and is scheduled to premiere on October 20 on TV4 Play and the TV4 channel.
