Balkan boxing events: European championships and major title wins

Several major boxing events are scheduled across the Balkan region. In Budva, Montenegro, the European U17 Boxing Championship will take place from October 1 to 12, featuring a record 495 boxers from 40 countries.

In Novi Pazar, Ahmed Krnjić secured the WBC International Silver heavyweight title by defeating Ali Kijdin via technical knockout in the fifth round. The event also featured a victory for Serbian boxer Jovan Nikolić against Nazar Volovjuk.

Additionally, the BKFC is set to make its Serbian debut at the Belgrade Arena on October 17. The event will feature 11 bouts, including a fight for the European BKFC heavyweight title between Dilan Prašović and Agi Folkner.

In Montenegro, the Boxing League continues with its fifth round in Rožaje, hosted by Boxing Club ‘Univerzum’, featuring both local and regional fighters.
