BKN launches ASN Digital portal with integrated civil service tools

The National Civil Service Agency (BKN) has launched the ASN Digital portal, a centralized platform designed to accelerate digital transformation within the bureaucracy. The portal utilizes a Single Sign-On (SSO) ecosystem to integrate 47 different civil service services into a single access point.

Civil servants, including both PNS and PPPK, can access personal data, employment decrees (SK), e-performance (e-kinerja), and other services through this unified dashboard. To enhance data security and prevent cyber threats such as phishing, BKN mandates the use of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Users are required to link their accounts with authenticator applications, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, to generate dynamic six-digit verification codes.
