BKS ZGO Bielsko-Biała to face Metalkas Pałac Bydgoszcz in TAURON Liga Kobiet

BKS ZGO Bielsko-Biała will compete in the TAURON Liga Kobiet this season following the withdrawal of sponsor Bostik. The league name has also changed due to increased support from TAURON, distinguishing the women's competition from the men's TAURON Liga.

In their opening match on October 3, BKS ZGO Bielsko-Biała faces Metalkas Pałac Bydgoszcz. This fixture marks the 126th meeting between the two clubs, the highest number of matches between any pair in the league's history. Metalkas Pałac Bydgoszcz will be led by coach Bartłomiej Łyczakowski and features players such as Julia Hewelt, Patrycja Wróbel, and Atena Kołakowska, following the departure of Pola Nowakowska to ŁKS Commercecon Łódź.
