Békéscsaba hosts international piano masterclass

The 18th international piano and chamber music masterclass, led by Márta Gulyás and Luis Fernando Pérez, is being held in Békéscsaba. The program takes place at the Bartók Béla Szakgimnázium and is designed to help university students and young artists improve their skills.

This year, 17 young participants are attending the program, representing various countries including South Korea, Canada, France, Germany, and Turkey. The curriculum includes daily practice sessions, lessons from professors, and afternoon matinees where students decide when they are ready to perform their pieces before their peers and instructors. The event aims to foster professional connections and expose students to diverse musical methodologies.
