Black Clover anime to launch Season 2 in October 2026

The shōnen series Black Clover will return with a second anime season set to debut on Crunchyroll in October 2026. Director Ayataka Tanemura and Studio Pierrot are returning, with a new staff lineup that includes series composer Keiichiro Ochi and music composer Minako Seki. The first episode will be previewed at Anime Expo on 4 July 2026.

Alongside the new season, a 15‑page epilogue and the Black Clover Official Guidebook will be released in Japan on 4 August 2026, providing an official ending to the manga that concluded in May 2026. The guidebook will include illustrations and narrative content signed by creator Yuki Tabata and will coincide with the release of the final manga volume (tome 38). The season and guidebook will be available internationally through Crunchyroll and other streaming platforms.
