Black Forest to host WasserWelten water adventure program in 2026

The WasserWelten initiative will take place in the Black Forest from June 1 to August 31, 2026. The program aims to highlight water as a natural phenomenon, a resource, and a cultural element through various activities.

Local associations are encouraged to organize their own events, such as canoeing, stand-up paddling, nature explorations, or historical tours. Participants can use a discovery pass to collect stamps and compete for prizes by September 15, 2026. The initiative seeks to connect different generations and local communities while promoting awareness of water's role in ecosystems and climate change.
