ConnectWise and SentinelOne launch joint MSP cybersecurity strategy

ConnectWise and SentinelOne announced a joint managed cybersecurity strategy aimed at helping managed service providers (MSPs) scale threat detection and response. The partnership, unveiled at Black Hat USA 2026, combines SentinelOne’s AI‑driven Singularity Platform with ConnectWise’s Managed EDR to deliver deeper integration of AI, automation and human oversight.

ConnectWise CEO Manny Rivelo said, “MSPs are being asked to protect more customers, manage greater complexity, and respond to threats that move faster than traditional operating models can support.” The collaboration is built on principles such as making security intelligence easier to operationalize, using AI and automation for faster action, preserving partner choice through open technologies, and maintaining human control over security operations. The partnership was also highlighted in a recent channel news roundup covering MSP‑focused announcements.
