Black Lab Games and Auroch Digital announce new survival video games

Black Lab Games has announced Survive ‘Til Dawn!, a new title combining tower defense mechanics with third-person action. Set in a world devastated by mutants, players must manage resources and build scrap-based defenses to protect a machine called Aegis. The game features a cycle where the Aegis machine must recharge nightly, leaving players vulnerable to creature hordes. Players can transition from strategic defense building to direct combat using improvised weapons. The project is slated for a 2027 release on PC via Steam.

Separately, Auroch Digital has revealed the release date for Warhammer Survivors, a roguelite survival game inspired by the Vampire Survivors formula. Set within the Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer: Age of Sigmar universes, the game will launch on November 10, 2026. It will be available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and mobile devices, with an initial recommended price of €7.49. The game features over 40 playable characters and 75 weapons, including iconic items like the Chainsword.
