Black Pantera and Angus & Julia Stone Release New Singles

Brazilian rock band Black Pantera released the single “Hórus” on 31 July, the second track from their forthcoming fifth studio album Continental, due 21 August. The song, accompanied by a video directed by Carol Borgese, addresses the constant surveillance and judgment faced by Black people, invoking the Egyptian Eye of Horus as a protective symbol.

Australian sibling duo Angus & Julia Stone issued “Celestial Bodies”, the third single from their upcoming album Karaoke Bar, slated for release on 4 September. The track blends hypnotic rhythms with lyrical reflections on existence, and was written and recorded across Greece, France and Australia before being completed at the Sugarcane Mountain Studio in New South Wales.
