Black Pantera releases fifth studio album ‘Continental’

The Brazilian rock band Black Pantera has released their fifth studio album, titled ‘Continental’. The work is described as a moment of artistic maturity that consolidates the band’s unique sonic identity.

The album maintains roots in thrash metal and hardcore while incorporating melodic approaches and Afro-Latin arrangements. Lyrically, the project addresses themes of racism, black identity, ancestry, spirituality, and politics, reflecting the experiences of Black men in Brazil and Latin America. The title track establishes a geopolitical and historical perspective, referencing figures such as Cazuza, Eduardo Galeano, and Milton Santos.
