Lithuanian metal band BLACK SPIKES has released a new single and music video titled ‘DULKĖS’, which serves as the mystical closing track for their upcoming sophomore album, ‘Ydos’. The album is scheduled for release on August 28, 2026, via Napalm Records.

‘DULKĖS’, meaning ‘dust’ in Lithuanian, explores themes regarding the brevity of human life and the cycle of existence. The track is described as a balance of sensitivity and heaviness, transitioning from slow percussion and melodic vocals to a more intense metal sound.

The upcoming concept album, ‘Ydos’, focuses on a dark fable surrounding human vices, with each vice represented through specific musical themes and intended music videos. This marks the band's first release with Napalm Records following a nomination at the M. A. M. A. Music Awards in Lithuania.
