Blackburn Rovers target free agent Will Smallbone

Blackburn Rovers are reportedly interested in signing midfielder Will Smallbone as a free agent to bolster their squad. The 26-year-old Republic of Ireland international has been without a club since his departure from Southampton following the conclusion of the season.

Smallbone, who has over 150 professional appearances and 15 international caps, is seeking a move to add depth to the Blackburn midfield. While he has previously been linked with clubs such as Stoke City, Burnley, and West Brom, a deal has yet to materialize.
